An incredible line up has been confirmed including Adam Kay, Ed Patrick, Celya AB, Huge Davies. As well as Oxfordshire Mind Comedy Gala legends Chelsea Birkby and Alex Farrow.

Adam Kay Evening Headliner

Adam Kay is a BAFTA-winning author, TV writer, comedian and former junior doctor.

As a live performer, Adam has sold-out numerous West End seasons and UK tours.

His tour of This is Going to Hurt was attended by over 300,000 people and Undoctored was the bestselling show of the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe.

Ed Patrick Matinee Headliner

Ed Patrick is a comedian, author and NHS anaesthetist.

He has performed across the UK, including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Ed created and presented Infectious Personalitieson BBC Radio 2, written and performed on BBC Radio 4, for shows such as Now Wash Your Hands and Newsjack, while also writing for the Guardian about the intersection between medicine and comedy.

Huge Davies is a musical comedian known for deadpan delivery whilst wearing a full-size Yamaha keyboard strapped to himself!

Huge appears regularly on television, including his own Channel 4 sitcom ‘The Artists’ which he created, wrote, and starred in. Other television appearances include 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Harry Hill’s Clubnite, Roast Battle, Jools Holland, and Hypothetical.

Chelsea Birkby regularly performs her smart, silly and open-hearted stand-up at the UK’s top comedy clubs.

She can be seen on BBC, has written for BBC’s Mock The Week and was listed in the funniest jokes of the Edinburgh Fringe (The Times and The Telegraph).

Mr Saturday night himself, Alex Farrow is the resident host of Jericho Comedy’s weekly Saturday night shows.

His quick wit, smooth charm and controlled MCing have helped Jericho Comedy gain a reputation as one of the best comedy clubs in the UK (Chortle Award Best Comedy Night in the region – 2019 & 2020).

As heard on BBC Radio 4’s Comedy Club Extra, and seen at sold out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019, 2021 and 2022.

Jericho Comedy is Oxford’s independent comedy club, regularly hosting big names from TV and across the comedy circuit.

They pride themselves on being one of the more alternative nights in Oxford, with some of the UKs most exciting comics. Their Saturday night showcases have been recommended by the Sunday Times, they were awarded ‘Top 6 comedy clubs in the UK’ by the 2019 & 2020 Chortle Awards as well as ‘Top 5 UK comedy venues’ Culture Calling.

Since 2017, Jericho Comedy has been raising vital funds for Oxfordshire Mind through their comedy events. Their weekly sell-out comedy shows, and annual Comedy Gala has raised over £136,000 for the local mental health charity.

Since the first sell-out event, the Comedy Gala has been a roaring success and a staple in the Oxfordshire calendar. The Comedy Gala has previously hosted big names such as Nish Kumar, Rosie Jones, James Acaster, Rachel Parris, Ivo Graham, Ed Gamble, and Hal Cruttenden.

As well as stand-up shows they also do loads of other comedy shows in bookshops, museums and even on moving buses, from improv shows to murder mystery.
