Advice and Guidance Sessions.

If you’d like to access or learn more about the support and services we provide here at Oxfordshire Mind, the first step is to have an Advice and Guidance Session. 

The session offers you a safe space to talk with one of our Wellbeing Workers about your current situation and explore what support may be best for you. They’re usually over the phone, lasting around 30 minutes, but face to face appointments can be made upon request.

Please note – We are not a clinical service and aren’t able to help people to actively manage their medication, offer therapy sessions or to offer advice on diagnosis. We do not provide counselling [but we can give you some information on some local counselling providers if required].
