CCG event showcasing mental health services

On Tuesday 23 February, we attended a CCG event showcasing  mental health services, answering the question ‘What’s new in Oxfordshire?’

The event presented the new partnerships that have come together to deliver better mental health services in Oxfordshire.

The Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership, made up of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Oxfordshire Mind, Elmore Community Services, Response, Restore, and Connections Floating Support were there to talk to people about their services.

At the event, we showed a video of our conversation with Pat, who has a family member who is a long-term user of mental health services in Oxfordshire. In this short video she talks to us about her experiences of being a carer and the importance of the Partnership to her.

Also present was the new TalkingSpace Plus service, delivered by Oxford Health, Oxfordshire Mind and Principle Medical Limited. This service offers people a range of treatments and wellbeing activities to help them overcome their depression and anxiety and stay well.
