Mental Health Foundation‘s Body image tip 3: Look at the people in the accounts you’re following on social media and be mindful of how you feel about your own body and appearance when you look at them. 👀

Consider muting or unfollowing accounts or hashtags that cause you to feel negatively about your body or appearance or encourage you to compare yourself unfavourably to others. 🔕

You can also be considerate of the impact of your own posts on other people. 💭
