A fun, interactive four week course to support your mental and physical health – to be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home!

Boxing for Wellbeing has gone virtual! This mood-boosting 4 week course is delivered live online by qualified instructors. The course aims to support both mental and physical health, and encourage discussion about how we can look after our wellbeing during this difficult time. Each week will consist of
– a 30 minute interactive wellbeing workshop, where you can learn tips and skills to support your wellbeing and mental health
– a 30 minute beginner’s friendly boxing session. A great all round workout to get those endorphins flowing, and help support both your mental and physical health! No equipment required and all abilities are welcome

We ask that participants aim to attend all four course dates. The course will be delivered over Zoom, and can be accessed free of charge using a smartphone or laptop.
