Change the picture of mental health this winter

Together, we can change the picture of mental health

1 in 4 adults in England live with a common mental health condition. Yet too often, those struggles remain unseen.

This winter, we at Oxfordshire Mind are asking people across Oxfordshire to help change the picture of mental health.

Mental ill health can touch anyone, anywhere – no matter your background, age, or circumstances.

Your donation today will help us deliver our vital services

AmountWhat it could fund
£20could provide a meal at one of our peer support groups, cooked by our service users, helping to build a community.
£43could fund a 2-week course for someone to learn how to manage stress.
£94could provide six one-to-one sessions for a vulnerable young person with an Oxfordshire Mind worker to help support their wellbeing.
£300could help fund a peer support group facilitated by one of our workers; providing a safe space for people to share their experiences and get support.
£1,077could help fund one of our wellbeing hubs for a whole day.

Real people. Real stories.

We’ve spoken to people from across Oxfordshire – teachers, farmers, construction workers, students, those who use our services, mental health service users, and more – who’ve bravely shared their experiences to help others feel less alone and to underline the importance of our vital services.

Watch our participants share their stories

These stories remind us that even when someone seems fine, they might be fighting a silent battle beneath the surface. And what you think you see, isn’t necessarily the full picture. Watch the videos of our amazing participants..
