This could include: current or recent employers, supervisors from volunteer roles, school/college/university tutors, mental health support workers, members of Oxfordshire Mind staff (if you are currently accessing Oxfordshire Mind services), or others who have seen you in a professional context (no family members). References will not be taken up until you have been offered a place on our volunteer training programme.

Status of Volunteers*
Please be aware that Volunteers are not workers and will not have a contract with Oxfordshire Mind. Volunteers will fill in a Volunteer Placement Agreement, which is not a contract. Volunteers and Peer Support Volunteers are under no obligation to volunteer for Oxfordshire Mind and will not be rewarded with money or benefits in kind (apart from reimbursement of reasonable expenses in line with our policy). Oxfordshire Mind is not obliged to provide a volunteering placement.
Criminal Convictions Declaration*
