My name is George Najeme.

I’m a Hip Hop Recording Artist, Filmmaker and Mental Health Advocate based in Oxford.

In 2020 I directed a mini-documentary titled “The Journey Of A Lifetime”. This short film tells my story as a sufferer of Bi-Polar Disorder in the music industry.

After it gained some interest, I instigated a follow up talk show also under the banner “The Journey Of A Lifetime”, creating a wider platform for discussions around mental health and other important issues impacting our communities, alongside live music performances.

One of the main objectives of the “Journey of A Life Time” project is to fundraise for mental health charities who offer support to the members of our community who need it the most. At our launch at Oxford University’s Vincent’s Club, we fundraised for Oxfordshire Mind. Our work has already received wide recognition from the local community, including an interview with BBC Radio Oxford.”
