Every Body Studio has an inclusive, body positive and supportive approach to yoga and movement. We support diversity in all its forms and teach beginners who have never been in a yoga class before, those who have an established practice and also have plenty to offer to full on yogis, alongside our barre and pilates sessions. Our classes are accessible, fun and focused. Whether it’s a dynamic vinyasa class or a calming restorative session that you need, we create a friendly and welcoming space in our livestream classes in which you can practice alongside other people in their own homes.
We understand that yoga can be an intimidating prospect, particularly if you’re not very flexible or the terminology is unfamiliar. But you can’t be bad at yoga. We love nothing more than introducing people to the practice and offer a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. Yoga genuinely is a practice for all, and a growing body of research points to the benefits of yoga, not just for strength, flexibility and relaxation, but also for issues such as joint pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, back pain, digestion, anxiety and depression.
