“I feel like I have accomplished a lot here. I’ve had time to increase my confidence and capability in a range of tasks.”

Joe, Administration Volunteer

Do you want to support Oxfordshire Mind while developing your office skills and confidence?

Our Administration Volunteers support our busy office team with a range of tasks such as data entry, research, statistics, marketing, and updating records.

Every Administration role is different and we will try to match you to a team that suits your skills and interests. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team, gain office experience in a friendly environment, and support the smooth-running of a mental health charity.

Training required: Oxfordshire Mind Induction Training 1 day course. Ongoing support will be provided during the placement.

Time commitment: One morning or afternoon per week (weekdays) over a minimum of 3 months. Plus, a group supervision every 2 months.

Location: Most Administration volunteers are based at our central office in Oxford, but we have some opportunities across Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and online. Travel expenses reimbursed.

Skills needed: Volunteers need to be organised, computer literate and good communicators.

Application process: Application form, informal interview (may include a short computer skills test), two references and a DBS check.
