Everyone at Oxfordshire Mind is delighted that Jericho Comedy have won a Chortle Award.
Jericho Comedy are fantastic, long term supporters of Oxfordshire Mind. Through their weekly gigs and the Comedy Gala they host every January they have raised over £70,000 to support people with mental health problems in Oxfordshire.
The Comedy Gala in recent years has included comedians including Nish Kumar, Rachel Parris, Ed Gamble, Sara Barron, and of course Jericho Comedy’s own Alex Farrow and Harry Househam. We are thrilled to announce the next Comedy Gala will take place on 16th Jan 2021 at the Oxford Playhouse.
In times like these we need to do all we can to look after our mental health and the mental health of those around us – thank you to Jericho Comedy for providing us with humour when we most need it.
