Free Guided Self-Help for Anxiety and Low Mood
Struggling with anxiety, stress, or low mood? Our free 6-week supported self-help programme is here to help. Designed for adults with mild to moderate mental health challenges, this guided course gives you the tools to understand and manage how you’re feeling — at your own pace, with regular support.
It can help with:
- anxiety and panic attacks
- coping with grief and loss
- loneliness and feeling lonely
- low self-esteem
- low mood and depression
- managing anger
- managing stress
- understanding menopause

National Mind has an online peer support community, Side by Side, which offers a safe place to listen, share and be heard.
