(An Options Session involves a short conversation about your wellbeing with one of our Wellbeing Workers and will include a short questionnaire. During this we will identify together which of our courses, groups or activities might be most useful for you at this time, or we can signpost you to alternative activities elsewhere in the county. We will also send through further details about any recommended Oxfordshire Mind courses along with details of how to register for the appropriate course).
