“On the Information Line we help people to access services that could benefit them, and provide a listening ear to anyone looking for mental health support.”

You will also handle referrals to partner agencies such as, TalkingSpace Plus IAPT, and the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership.

Training required: Oxfordshire Mind Information Service Induction training 1 day course, plus shadowing 2 Information Service shifts.

Time commitment: One 4 hour shift per week (weekdays only, 9:15am – 1:15pm or 12:45pm – 4:45pm) for a minimum of three months. Plus group supervisions every 2 months.
