Do you have lived experience of mental health?  Would you like to use this experience in order to shape the future of Oxfordshire Mind? Become a Lived Experience Interviewer and support Oxfordshire Mind to recruit the right people.


We want to make sure we’re always recruiting the right people to work in our team, so that we can support people who use our services in the best way possible. By sitting on interview panels with our recruiting, you will be ensuring this too. 

By becoming an interviewer you’ll receive training on recruitment, shortlisting and interviewing (training takes place every 3-6 months) to build up your own interviewing skills, as well as increasing your confidence and self-esteem. 

We reimburse travel expenses and we’ll pay you for your time and expertise.
